– The apartment is located above a bar. There may be noticeable music and street noise, especially on weekends, from around 10PM until 3AM. Guests who are sensitive to noise may want to consider this before booking.

– A climate resilience tax of €8/night (included in the price) applies from April to October. For stays in November–March, the tax is €2/night — guests booking now for that period will receive a refund of the difference after check-in.
